Domestic shipping rates

Rates are in USD. Available methods depend on package weight, order contents, and destination.

• Ground: $7.50 for eligible packages up to 5 lb.
• Free Ground: eligible general-profile orders of $100 or more. Cases of tennis balls and pickleball nets are excluded in every scenario, regardless of brand or order value.
• Heavy freight: $19.90 for items weighing 3.1–70 lb.
• Priority Mail: $12.95 for eligible packages up to 4 lb.

Cases of tennis balls

We ship cases of tennis balls as heavy freight at $19.90. Cases typically weigh approximately 15 lb and never qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.

Processing and delivery

Order processing takes place before carrier transit. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. For corrections, contact us immediately with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
